In order to avoid disappointment, please place all Christmas orders well in advance. Shipping is often slower around the holidays due to such factors as high holiday delivery volumes, longer customs delays, and poor weather conditions. We have no control over the postal service or customs and cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
We do not offer expedited shipping.
We are currently located in France and ship all orders via La Poste using their standard economy international and domestic shipping methods.
We ship to most countries worldwide for $2.90 plus $1.50 for each additional item. We currently ship to North America, Central and South America, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Eastern Asia.
The postal service gives an average of 2-4 business days for an order to arrive at a European address, 4 business days for an order to arrive at a US or Canadian address, and 6-10 business days for an order to reach Mexico, Central and South America, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Please note that these are average delivery timeframes and should serve as guidelines only. We have no control over the postal service and cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within a certain timeframe. Orders can be subject to postal delays due to such factors as high holiday delivery volumes, poor weather conditions, and postal strikes. Orders shipped to countries located outside of the EU can be subject to customs delays. In particular, orders shipped to Mexico, Central and South America, and Asia, are often subject to delays and, in extreme cases, can take as long as 6-8 weeks to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. We cannot be held responsible for import duties and other taxes.
You are responsible for providing us with your correct shipping address at the time of purchase. In the event that your order does not arrive because of a mistake in the shipping address, we will not provide you with a refund and we will not re-ship your order unless you pay for it a second time.
We cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
We do not offer expedited shipping.
As our products are handcrafted and made to order, we require an average of 3 business days to process orders. Processing times may increase during periods of high demand or for larger orders.
We pack all of our products carefully to make sure they arrive in great condition.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept order cancellations, returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.
We've deployed a direct credit card payment systyem that offers a quicker and more enjoyable buying experience. Credit Card orders are processed securely by Stripe, Port Union Trading does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online. We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept PayPal at this time.
We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. As such we will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. Any personal data collected by us online will be safely and securely stored and not shared with any third party.
We make every attempt to accurately represent our products through high resolution photos and detailed color and product descriptions; however, depending on the resolution, display settings, and performance of your display screen, variations may exist.
